Advising companies on significant regulatory developments, amendments to the Companies Act, 2013, and other corporate laws through compliance presentations, workshops, compliance diagnostic reports, and secretarial reviews or audits based on the records and information made available by the company.

• Assisting in the constitution of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee, formulation and periodic review of the CSR Policy, and ensuring compliance with the requirements of Section 135, Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed thereunder.
• Advising and assisting companies in the appointment of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), formulation and review of Remuneration Policies, and compliance with the applicable statutory provisions.
• Reviewing, updating, and drafting the Board's Report and other statutory reports to ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, applicable rules, and amendments issued from time to time.
• Drafting and preparing Notices, Agenda Papers, Board Notes, Resolutions, Minutes of Meetings of the Board of Directors, Board Committees, and Shareholders, while ensuring compliance with statutory and Secretarial Standards.
• Preparing, updating, and maintaining statutory registers, records, and minute’s books as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
