She is a Principal Associate of “Vasisht & Associates” a firm of Company Secretaries & has possessed over seven year of experience in diversified Secretarial Matters, Due Diligence, Secretarial Audit of Listed Companies, Unlisted Companies and Companies engaged in Insurance Sector, Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit, Incorporation of various entities, FEMA, Drafting and vetting of various Legal Opinions, Corporate Governance Advisory and other allied laws applicable to business entities.
