Shobhit Vasisht is a Founder of "Vasisht & Associates" has an integrated and well-knit set up of a Practicing firm of Company Secretaries and is also a Partner of "Lawgical Professionals LLP". Besides having an excellent career, he also had a very rich academic life. He has completed his Graduation in Commerce from Delhi University, Post-Graduation from Indira Gandhi National Open University and Bachelor of Law from CCS University and Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment, London, United Kingdom. His vibrant personality combines with a keen observation of things act as a catalyst to acquired knowledge in different fields.

He has led several significant assignments, providing both hands-on legal advice as well as overall strategic inputs. Videh Vaish has over 5 years of experience in advising banks, financial institutions and asset reconstruction companies on structured finance, debt restructuring and distressed assets. Videh Vaish has also involved in representing the clients as well as insolvency professionals in some of the key cases under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 including but not limited to representing banks before NCLT(s) such as SBI, PNB, Canara Bank etc.

MR. LALIT MOHAN

Lalit Mohan is holding a profound experience of over 7 years in Criminal, Environmental and Commercial Laws leading to represent and advising clients from various sectors. Lalit Mohan is the Senior Panel Counsel for Union of India and has been representing various Govt. departments and Ministries before the Tribunal and High Courts. He also hold an extensive experience in Environmental Laws which has helped him to score various Judgments in his favour before the National Green Tribunal.
